1.1 Key Terms

The following terms used in these conditions carry the meanings described below:

• "Platform" — The 399de website, mobile version, and all services under it.
• "User" / "You" — Any person who is registered on or using the platform.

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• ৳6,000 deposit → ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳11,000

A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus, and the bonus amount is subject to a 20x wagering requirement.

4.2 How the Wagering Requirement is Calculated

The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 in total bets must be placed before winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Attempting to take advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts may result in all related accounts being cancelled.
• 399de reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time.

• Gold — up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Diamond — up to 0.8% cashback per week

6.2 Tier Changes

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on the user's continued activity. Inactivity may result in a tier reduction. The specific benefits and rewards for each tier will be communicated separately.

7.1 Data Collection & Use
